Narrow the search A statewide search without identifiers on a common last name could result in a list of possible matches exceeding 200, resulting in the termination of the search. Consider narrowing your search with first name and/or date of birth. FEMALE MALE Select Male or Female. We recommend that you select the sex even if the name is obviously male or female. Date of Birth example: 12/05/1965 Enter the date as above including 4 digits for the year. For all criminal and statewide record searches, results will include name matches with birth dates 1 year either side of the date of birth you enter. Records in which the DOB was not entered by the clerk will be displayed. For minor infractions for a specific county, only exact matches for the date of birth you enter will be displayed, along with records that carry no date of birth at all.
